Absolutely. We are committed to artisanal design, and we strive to translate our values into our collections. All our furniture and objects are produced with great care in Belgium and Europe using sustainable natural materials (wood, marble, metal). Small production runs allow us to control each piece, and we are proud to revive a sometimes forgotten expertise by collaborating closely with local artisans.
For environmental reasons, we don't print catalogs, but we can send you a digital version upon request. Simply fill out the form provided on the resellers page and we'll send it to you without fail.
PAYMENT
We accept the most popular payment methods, such as Bancontact, Belfius Direct Net, and the KBC/CBC button, as well as Visa/MasterCard credit cards and Sofort Banking. You choose your preferred payment method on the checkout page—it's that simple!
Rest assured, paying online on our site is 100% secure. Regardless of the payment method you choose, you are always redirected to a secure https page and to a server protected by SSL protocol. Furthermore, your banking information is encrypted and is not stored on our site.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING
For EU countries, we deliver via Bpost to the address of your choice (home, office, etc.). Delivery costs vary depending on the delivery country and are based on the BPost rates in effect at the time of ordering. Specifically, these are calculated after entering the destination country and postal code when confirming your online shopping cart. Please note that these delivery costs include VAT and include packaging and shipping.
For countries outside the EU, it is best to contact us so that we can calculate the current shipping costs.
We ship MADEMOISELLE JO products within and outside the EU. However, for delivery to a country outside the EU, it's best to contact us directly to discuss this together. We will be happy to offer you a delivery option tailored to your country.
Generally, in-stock products are shipped within 7 business days after receipt of your payment. For an item out of stock, contact us so that we can verify the exact delivery time based on the latest information in our possession. If an item is slowed down in production (due to basic supplies out of stock or a problem with a machine in the workshop), we will inform you by email. You will understand that we cannot be held responsible for any delays that the carrier may have, but please know that we always make every effort to meet deadlines as best we can.
For Belgium: 2 to 3 days.
For EU: 5 to 10 days.
For countries outside the EU: 1 to 3 weeks.
When your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email (remember to check your spam folder!), then another email with a tracking number will be sent to you when your package is entrusted to the carrier.
CANCELLATION/RETURN/REFUND/REPAIR
It is no longer possible to cancel an order once it has been handed over to the carrier. However, in accordance with current European legislation on distance selling, you have the right to withdraw, without having to specify the reason. You must then inform us by email at info@mademoisellejo.com and then return the properly packaged items to us within 14 days of delivery (shipping costs at your expense). We will refund the amount of the items (excluding any surcharges) within 30 days, provided that the products are in new condition, in the original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Don't panic, we are insured but you must notify us and send us photos: interior and exterior of the box with the label clearly visible, damaged product, focus on the damage(s) within 48 hours after receiving the package.
We will return the damaged item to you as soon as possible.

AVAILABILITY/GUARANTEE AND PROTECTION
As a consumer, you have a 2-year legal warranty (conformity, hidden defects, manufacturer's warranty) on our products. It goes without saying that this warranty does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear (except in cases of abnormal wear), or cases of incorrect use by the consumer (improper use of cleaning products, for example). If you have any concerns, please contact us. Our goal is always to find a satisfactory solution with you.
INTERVIEW
At MADEMOISELLE JO, we believe that high-quality materials create furniture and objects that last. The frequency and method of maintaining your new purchase therefore depends on the item you purchased. Products requiring special care (brass, for example) are delivered with care instructions.
